Common Characteristics of All Programs

All of the programs have some common characteristics:

  • Range in length from a half day to five days.
  • Very flexible and adaptable to meet different customer needs and expectations.
  • Reflect sound adult education principles.
  • Use self-diagnosis and self-assessment tools.
  • Have audio-visual support in the form of well-designed overhead transparencies.
  • Include well-designed and very complete participants' workbooks and learning materials.
  • Come with a detailed workshop "flow" outlining how the program is to be taught including times and topics.
  • All programs are on CDs in a well-formatted, easily editable form.
  • Some programs also have full Leader's Manuals designed to support them.
The Leader's Manual for others can be prepared if requested (see below).
